Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Commercial Represented Litigation Adjuster in Northbrook.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Making and maintaining a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs
• Summarizing documents and entering into claim system notes
• Determining and explaining minimum coverage limits in complex commercial policy claims

Position Requirements Include:

• 3+ years of represented/litigation claims handling experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to interact effectively, and coach others on interacting effectively, with internal or external customers
• Applies broad knowledge of insurance policy, coverage, and regulation
• Applies broad industry knowledge to discipline practices, including best practices, to support the business unit
• Applies broad knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile, manipulate, and recognize patterns of data
