A roofing company has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Cincinnati.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
- Manage and monitor all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
- Attend pre-roof and project meetings
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel
- 7+ years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Proven success at managing multiple projects and budgets in an efficient manner
- A good driving record is necessary for this position
- Must be able to climb a ladder
