Job Summary

A commercial and industrial roofing company is in need of a Remote Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Gainesville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from pre-construction meetings to completion
• Monitor all project costs to meet budgetary guidelines
• Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate staff

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel throughout the country and attend project meetings
• 7+ years leading multiple Commercial Roofing projects
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Proven success at managing multiple projects and budgets in an efficient manner
• Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good driving record, and ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
