A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company is in need of a Remote Commercial Sales Senior Recruiter .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Scaling company's Commercial Sales organization
  • Consulting directly with senior leaders in developing a deep understanding of company’s business objectives
  • Initiating innovative sourcing strategies, and identifying, attracting, and closing top talent

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors Degree or commensurate professional experience
  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition with expertise in hiring for roles in SaaS Sales eco-systems
  • Demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce talent
  • Proficiency with talent acquisition technologies
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated history of success in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
