Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Services Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing customer product installations and system configurations
- Providing professional, technical and general product support to commercial customers and bank personnel
- Opening and closing deposit accounts for Warehouse Lending and ensuring all requests are completed accurately and in compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years Banking Ops/Treasury Management Support required
- Strong knowledge of treasury management products and treasury management services experience
- Experience delivering results in a deadline driven environment that requires accuracy, flexibility and multitasking
- Knowledge of ACH/Wires, Positive Pay, online banking products, and remote deposit capture
