Job Summary
A training program has an open position for a Remote Commercial Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Functioning as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback
- Managing all post-sales activity for Commercial customers
- Ensuring that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer success or similar role with a technical (SaaS) product
- Have a customer-first mindset with your approach to customer interactions
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Experience with advocating for your customers' needs within an organization and driving to solutions
