Job Summary

A training program has an open position for a Remote Commercial Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Functioning as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback
  • Managing all post-sales activity for Commercial customers
  • Ensuring that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer success or similar role with a technical (SaaS) product
  • Have a customer-first mindset with your approach to customer interactions
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with advocating for your customers' needs within an organization and driving to solutions
