Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Software Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and motivate your sales team
  • Drive your team to successfully achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that align to your team’s business plan

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • SaaS Sales Leader with 5+ years’ experience managing a team of 6-10 quota carrying reps
  • Experience leading “hunting” focused teams
  • Experience scaling sales teams and revenues within a SaaS environment
  • Proven leadership qualities, including selecting and developing staff, communicating a vision and inspiring teams
