Job Summary
A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Technical Customer Success Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the implementation and customer onboarding taking help from key internal stakeholders
- Working with clients to establish business and technical goals, or other key performance indicators
- Advocating customer needs/issues across product, marketing, and support functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering-related field or with relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience / 1+ years of experience supporting customers
- Prior experience in Customer Success /professional services/ support engineering/sales engineering or equivalent work
- Industry experience and technical understanding related to DevOps, application monitoring
- Experience specific to software release tools, and/or broader cloud-native application infrastructure platforms
