Job Summary

A multinational technology firm has an open position for a Remote Commercial Territory Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead sales resources within the pod
  • Guide the forecast process to achieve pod-level quotas
  • Assess partner capacity and capabilities and coordinate with the Ecosystem team on gaps and solutions to remedy

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Solid strategic planning skills and understanding of sales cycles
  • Ability to cultivate long-term relationships and develop advocates across customer and partner organizations
  • Strategic focus and value engineering skills to position and sell solutions to customer needs with and through partners
