Job Summary

A provider of title insurance and settlement services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Title Examiner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Resolve most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title documentation
• Perform title examination and examines the chain of title for a wide range of title orders, primarily commercial/residential
• Abstract and analyze records

Qualifications Include:

• Be available to work during full- time during business hours & attend full-time training
• Analytical review skills with research and investigative skills
• High School diploma or equivalent – 2+ years directly related experience
• Standard MS skill set
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
