Job Summary

A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Title Examiner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reading and deciphering legal descriptions relating to title orders
• Performing title examination of complex title orders requiring a high level of title expertise
• Examining the chain of title for commercial/industrial properties

Qualifications Include:

• Standard MS skill set
• 6+ years directly related experience
• Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to do business in a broad geographic area
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Analytical review skills with strong research and investigative skills
