Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services has an open position for a Remote Commercial Title Examiner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing title examination and examines the chain of title for a wide range of title orders
- Preparing initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines
- Resolving most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information
