A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Commercial Title Examiner in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Examining titles from moderate to advanced complexity
• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation and distribution of preliminary title reports
• Preparing policy insurance report

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 5+ years commercial title examination experience . .
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of underwriting experience preferred
• Experience with origination products across multiple states
• Proficient in performing property index and general name index searching
