Must be able to:
- Perform title examination
- Abstract and analyzes records
- Resolve most issues such as missing information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in researching title records, searching through multiple title plants and various resources
- Title Point and or Data Trace experience
- Standard MS skill set
- Possesses critical thinking skills and the ability to sort through online files backplant
- Experience in creating a paperless search package based on compilation of records
