Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Commercial Transactions Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Negotiate commercial contracts with customers
  • Address legal queries from business teams
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys to develop and maintain templates

Qualifications Include:

  • May be required to attend interviews in person
  • Licensed attorney
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ expertise in commercial transactions
  • Large law firm and in-house experience
  • Experience in a wide variety of contract drafting and negotiations
  • Exposure to master service agreements or other commercial agreements
