A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Umbrella Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting risk acceptability
  • Determining profitable rate/price
  • Preparing quotations/binders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years experience in underwriting commercial Umbrella/Excess business AND
  • Knowledge of commercial automobile and general liability underwriting OR
  • 10 years of experience in underwriting commercial casualty accounts
  • Ability to review and analyze underwriting data in order to determine risks
