Job Summary
A loan company is filling a position for a Remote Commercial Underwriting Vice President in Hershey.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the staff and functionality of loan processing
- Review credit analysis prepared by staff to determine suitability
- Structure and underwrite complex credit applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience underwriting with a Hard Money Lender
- Completion of a major corporate bank credit training program
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ banking/lending
- Significant accounting and finance knowledge, and commercial banking experience
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to be a good listener
- Demonstrated superior verbal and written skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical, problem solving skills
