Job Summary
A non-profit global health organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Water Account Manager II in Ann Arbor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively manage certification projects for clients by developing project plans to ensure needs and expectations are met
- Build client relationships to ensure on-going high client satisfaction
- Establish efficient communication channels and liaising between clients and internal departments
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related field
- 1 - 5 years of experience managing accounts and/or project management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Great problem solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer service experience and mindset
