Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Remote Commission Based Sales and Enrollment Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Offering and driving enrollment for all program offerings
- Contacting assigned sales leads using phone, email, and text to build sales pipeline
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates degree or comparable experience in sales and/or customer service
- Minimum 6 months telephone sales experience
- Excellent phone and closing skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Google Drive experience
