Job Summary

A full-service home financing lender has a current position open for a Remote Commissions Team Payroll Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing, auditing, and validating production reports
  • Acting as the contact for plan participants to resolve commission related issues
  • Ensuring plan requirements are accurately documented and communicated to sales leadership

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Demonstrate a history of working with complex systems, processes, and products
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry – terminology and rules of engagement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, accounting, or other appropriate subject matter
  • Experience with implementation of a data system and understanding of system configuration
