Job Summary
A full-service home financing lender has a current position open for a Remote Commissions Team Payroll Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing, auditing, and validating production reports
- Acting as the contact for plan participants to resolve commission related issues
- Ensuring plan requirements are accurately documented and communicated to sales leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Demonstrate a history of working with complex systems, processes, and products
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry – terminology and rules of engagement
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, accounting, or other appropriate subject matter
- Experience with implementation of a data system and understanding of system configuration
