A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Communication Services for the Deaf Scheduling Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest quality customer experience possible for all internal and external customers
  • Assure effective daily operations by coordinating interpreter schedules
  • Assist in the retention of customers for video remote and on-site community interpreting services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some travel to company, customer, and vendor sites
  • 2 years of experience in workforce scheduling
  • Expertise using databases
