Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Communication Services for the Deaf Scheduling Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality customer experience possible for all internal and external customers
- Assure effective daily operations by coordinating interpreter schedules
- Assist in the retention of customers for video remote and on-site community interpreting services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel to company, customer, and vendor sites
- 2 years of experience in workforce scheduling
- Expertise using databases
