Job Summary
A regional bank of the Federal Reserve System which is the central banking system of the United States is in need of a Remote Communications Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating written materials and graphics for communications, training, adoption and support purposes
- Reviewing and recommending quality enhancements in communications content such as visuals, message clarity and effective delivery
- Participating in agile product team meetings to glean requirements for communications, training and adoption materials and action items
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with a major in Communications, English or Instructional Design preferred, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of sound communication practices across audience types; able to gather, create and present high-value content in report, memo, article, email and presentation formats intended for all levels of customers/consumers, enterprise staff, management and executives
- Strong written and verbal communications skills for customers/consumers, business partners and executives
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of enterprise staff and management
- Experience working with agile teams strongly preferred
