Job Summary
A communications and security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Communications and Security Impound Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work assignments within our fast-paced office environment
- Bail out collateral nationally
- Maintain customer service, update designated accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years Impound experience
- Strong and assertive phone skills with a clear concise phone voice
- Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirements
- Experience with collateral repossession
