Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Communications Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing three social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Creating, maintaining, and builing out a list of partners
  • Building basic web pages as needed through the website’s content management systems WordPress

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of relevant communications, marketing, writing, or journalism experience
  • Demonstrated experience with building and maintaining strong social media presence
  • Proven skills in typography, layout, and branding, and enthusiasm for new design trends and technological resources
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills, and social media savvy
  • Familiarity with, or ability to learn, content management systems (Wordpress, Drupal)
