A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Communications Call Center Specialist in Saint Louis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Effectively managing high volume of incoming calls
- Identifying and addressing caller questions and concerns
- Maintaining accountability for accurate data entry in the electronic health record
Qualifications for this position include:

- 2-5 years experience
- Able to assist patient with scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
