Job Summary

33Vincent is looking for a motivated self-starter to fill the role of Communications Coordinator. The 33V Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Director of Communications (ADC) to execute on 33Vincent's internal and external communications strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining information systems to support our community of EAs and internal team, coordinating a growing hub of knowledge and resources. The Communications Coordinator will also assist with the implementation of an evolving external content strategy, creating visual and written content for web, blog, social media, and PR channels.

As a Communications Coordinator extraordinaire, you should have natural design and writing ability in order to create organized, clear, and beautiful visual and written content that aligns with 33Vincent's brand. A true rockstar in the Communications Coordinator role will have a strong bias toward system creation and improvement, envisioning potential pitfalls and resolving them in advance.

In its current scope, we expect this role to take ~20 hours/week. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal Communications
Assist in the management of our internal communications funnel; compile recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual communications pieces through interdepartmental collaboration and prepare for ADC approval
Brainstorm, research, and implement ways to creatively develop our methods of sharing information and requests
Collaborate with the Executive Assistant Experience Manager to maintain and develop an ecosystem of resources for the 33V community
External Communications and Marketing
Assist the ADC in the creation and implementation of social media and marketing strategies across all channels
Serve as editorial assistant and copywriter on blog and other written content; compile topical research to tee up authors
Research new marketing and engagement outlets for 33Vincent's brand and leadership
Design
Assist in the production of visual/video/multimedia content to communicate organizational vision internally, and for email campaigns, website, blog content, and social media channels
Assist in the development of 33Vincent's design and brand guidelines, internal document and file templates, and other digital assets
Collaborate with other 33V departments on photo and video creation needs for events, communications, etc.
Assist the ADC in tracking data metrics related to internal and external communications efforts; make recommendations based on trends

ROLE COMMITMENTS:
Given the scope of the role, at least 70% (14 hours) of this role should be done during business hours.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the Communications Coordinator can anticipate the following regular engagements:
For the first 4 weeks in this role, the Communications Coordinator can anticipate weekly 30-60 minute onboarding calls with the Assistant Director of Communications.
30-45 minute weekly Quick Hit calls with ADC
60 minute monthly Communications Team Call - will replace weekly call
90 minute quarterly Communications Team Stepback - will replace weekly call
1-2 in-person team meetings/year - travel possible

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
This is a remote, W2 employee position; candidates must have access to their own computer and reliable internet.
We require the following in our Communications Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree
Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred
Prior experience in Communications or Marketing preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication
