Job Summary
An education nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Communications Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing the overall messaging and content strategy for the company in conjunction with the leadership team
- Guiding messaging to deliver greatest impact & resonance
- Developing strategies & tactics with measurable results to build both corporate/foundations & student brand awareness
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in PR, communications, and marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading communication and content with an insights-led approach and results to back it up
- Passionate and instinctive storyteller with excellent content-generation skills across a variety of channels
- An open and effective communicator across different audiences (i.e. college students vs. leadership), both internally and externally
- Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities effectively
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
