- Managing a team of 3 - 10 remotely distributed guest experience specialists
- Bing accountable to the metrics of the team
- Overseeing guest communications and personalized service
Qualifications for this position include:
- All-Hands meetings, department get-togethers (online and in-person)
- 3+ years of service industry experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated ability to write SOPs
- Work Saturdays and Sundays
