Job Summary
A non-profit educational support organization is filling a position for a Remote Communications Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure cohesive communications across all company sites and platforms
- Write, distribute, and design content pieces that work in the print and digital space to convey our mission and work across the country, while also being responsible for press monitoring and press outreach
- Optimize online content for maximum reach and visibility
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent fields
- 3+ years’ experience in journalism, communications, or related field
- 1+ years’ experience in creating content for the web and social media
- Proven strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Experience content ideation and creation (writing, editing, design)
- Ability to develop compelling content to support lead generation in talent recruitment, student enrollment, and partnership growth
