Job Summary
A software company specializing in Human Capital Management is filling a position for a Remote Communications Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with volunteer pilot mentors and company staff to oversee new volunteer pilot applicant vetting and onboarding process
- Ensure all applicant materials and data are complete, accurate and meet the company's minimum requirements
- Proactively collect post flight conservation data and enter it into the CRM for reporting purposes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, prefer a conservation focus or commensurate experience working in conservation
- Strong interest in the company’s mission and methods, and a demonstrated passion for both conservation and aviation
- 3 years project management experience
- 3 years of experience in volunteer coordination and/or donor relations
- Commitment to conservation and environmental issues
- Willingness and aptitude to track work within a sophisticated CRM and Project Management system
