Job Summary

A communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Communications Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting all new product and service projects in the Quality Assurance repository
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance is involved in all projects that touch the customer and / or employee
  • Serving as Liaison between Quality Assurance and various product owners and development teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience teaching and mentoring others in operational readiness methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Customer and Employee Experience centric process analysis expertise
  • Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones
