Job Summary
A non profit arts promotion organization has a current position open for a Remote Communications Seasonal Assistant Publicist.
Must be able to:
- Update, build out, and maintain press and influencer lists/databases
- Distribute press releases and coordinate announcement schedule with web, social, and marketing teams
- Liaise with artist program teams regarding media relations matters
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years experience in media or public relations, marketing, or related at a studio, network, agency, or nonprofit
- Excellent writing skills
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with a variety of people
- Strong capability with Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of databases
