Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Communications Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Support Communications team with assigned writing responsibilities focused internally
- Manage SharePoint-based intranet, including the production/posting process, allowing for sufficient time
- Manage intranet editorial calendar and develops focused campaigns to increase readership
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS Undergraduate degree in journalism, English, public relations or related field
- 1-2 year of corporate communications experience
- Strong communications and writing skills, including writing sample
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Understanding of/openness to learning new technologies to enhance processes and effectiveness
- Highly accountable for scope of work and results
