A non-profit global development network is in need of a Remote Communications Specialist National Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing Communication and Outreach plan
• Advising in terms of message formulation and identification of effective communication channels for reaching the target groups
• Providing advice on communication and outreach strategies into programme implementation

Qualifications Include:

• Awareness and Sensitivity Regarding Gender Issues
• Must demonstrate professional competence and Consultant knowledge of the pertinent substantive areas of work
• Must demonstrate an appreciation of the multicultural nature of the organization and the diversity of its staff
