A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Communications Team Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing oversight and management of the direct mail program
- Stewarding a portfolio of 70 donors utilizing moves management to increase giving
- Providing supervision of the development services team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 20-30%, overnight and possible weekends
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, Communications or Non-Profit or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years experience working in non-profit fundraising
- Demonstrated success in growing direct mail program
- Experience in effectively soliciting and closing six and seven figure gifts
- Experience managing staff
