Job Summary

A mutual insurance company has an open position for a Remote Communications Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Develop technical content for software products and processes for internal and external audiences
Manage technical product libraries supporting the successful use of product technology
Perform usability testing and providing subject matter expertise to product supply chain teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

Four-year college degree, preferably in English or Technical Writing
Knowledge of technical writing best practices and industry standards
At least four years of progressive experience as a technical writer
Knowledge of the product development cycle in a software development environment
Experience in the financial industry helpful
