Job Summary
A mutual insurance company has an open position for a Remote Communications Technical Writer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop technical content for software products and processes for internal and external audiences
- Manage technical product libraries supporting the successful use of product technology
- Perform usability testing and providing subject matter expertise to product supply chain teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Four-year college degree, preferably in English or Technical Writing
- Knowledge of technical writing best practices and industry standards
- At least four years of progressive experience as a technical writer
- Knowledge of the product development cycle in a software development environment
- Experience in the financial industry helpful
