Job Summary
A communications technology company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Client Services Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translate scripts and/or calls between Spanish and English
- Deliver happiness to clients via phone calls and chats
- Act as an architect of the client experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, verbally as well as in writing
- Ability to translate scripts and/or calls between Spanish and English
- Ability to design, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and accounts
- Ability to analyze and prioritize customer accounts
- Ability to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client's account
