An internet services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Community and Customer Support Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Overseeing hiring and onboarding for roles within the Community team
  • Managing and developing all Community team members
  • Educating the community about the benefits of the decentralized web

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years experience in Community Management or Customer Support
  • 4+ years in management experience with large and growing teams
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • 1+ years of experience working in cryptocurrency and blockchain
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
