Job Summary
An internet services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Community and Customer Support Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing hiring and onboarding for roles within the Community team
- Managing and developing all Community team members
- Educating the community about the benefits of the decentralized web
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years experience in Community Management or Customer Support
- 4+ years in management experience with large and growing teams
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 1+ years of experience working in cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
