Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Community Development Manager in Tupelo.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing best practices for event revenue growth
  • Being accountable for the achievement of income performance targets
  • Utilizing available tools and processes to maximize event results, including online fundraising

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have access to car or be able to transport materials to and from meetings and special events/programs
  • Proven relationship building, persuasion and influence skills
  • Ability to recruit, train and motivate community-based volunteers
  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
