Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Community Development Manager in Tupelo.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing best practices for event revenue growth
- Being accountable for the achievement of income performance targets
- Utilizing available tools and processes to maximize event results, including online fundraising
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have access to car or be able to transport materials to and from meetings and special events/programs
- Proven relationship building, persuasion and influence skills
- Ability to recruit, train and motivate community-based volunteers
- Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
