Job Summary
A market research technology company is seeking a Remote Community Director in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the strategy, agenda and scale up plan for community initiatives
- Working collaboratively with senior customers/potential customers to define the agenda and build coalitions and partnerships
- Expanding current IA initiatives to support our strategic growth objectives - expansion into new verticals and new product growth areas
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- An expert knowledge of consumer market research and a strong affinity for the domain
- Proven experience in running large meetings/groups as well as empathy for individual customer needs
- Gravitas to connect and build relationships with senior enterprise partners and customers
