Job Summary
A comprehensive SaaS eCommerce solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Community Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Bringing customers together in the FB Groups for expert advice, tips and guidance
- Reporting on trends and insights for posts, comments, topics and overall engagement of groups
- Creating community digital content to post in the social community forums
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience working with SAAS platforms
- Strong articulation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in online community management
- Knowledgeable and passionate about customer retention
- Professional environment and background for customer meetings
- Comfortable with video chat
