Job Summary

A comprehensive SaaS eCommerce solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Community Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Bringing customers together in the FB Groups for expert advice, tips and guidance
  • Reporting on trends and insights for posts, comments, topics and overall engagement of groups
  • Creating community digital content to post in the social community forums

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience working with SAAS platforms
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in online community management
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about customer retention
  • Professional environment and background for customer meetings
  • Comfortable with video chat
