Remote Community Engagement Project Manager

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Community Engagement Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Organizing and participating in webinars, podcasts and hosted events
• Providing technical support and customer service for community users
• Developing custom content, marketing and audience engagement plans for online community

Qualifications Include:

• This position will mostly work remotely with travel up to 10% of the time
• 1-3 years of experience managing online platforms
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service orientation and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
• Strong understanding of community management with a go-getter personality
