Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Community Head.
Must be able to:
- Hire regional-based community managers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa
- Build out both the community engagement team that will be responsible for growing global network
- Support with hiring Developer Relations Engineers and Developer Evangelists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Significant experience in program management, community/campaign management or similar
- Experience managing the performance of team
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Ample experience with grassroots online community building and brand development
- Experience working with a rapidly scaling start-up
- Strong at analyzing multiple data sources
