Job Summary
A health outreach non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Seasonal Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting job interviews within legal parameters using proper techniques and guidelines
- Determining relativity of candidate skills and experience
- Promoting equal employment opportunity
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven work experience as a dedicated Recruiter for at least 5 years
- A broad recruiting knowledge with evidence of equal comfort recruiting candidates from entry level through management
- Hands on experience with various selection processes
- Proven candidate sourcing
- Must have knowledge of employment laws relative to hiring and selection
