Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Community Health Worker.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working telephonically with members to connect them to community and provider services
- Managing incoming calls, managing requests for services from providers / members, providing information on available network services
- Providing initial assessment to refer members to appropriate staff
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday through Friday
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 2+ years of telephonic customer service experience in a high volume production environment
- 1+ years of experience with Medical Terminology
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Must have a quiet designated work space and access to install secure high speed internet
