Job Summary
An online e-commerce platform has an open position for a Remote Community Manager.
Must be able to:
- Regularly interact directly with shops and customers
- Partner with the Support team to ensure customer issues get heard
- Build content and campaigns that drive engagement in communities

- 4-5 years of experience managing communities
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with internal stakeholders
- A proactive approach to building relationships
- Experience assessing and implementing new communications platforms and tools
