Job Summary
A nonpartisan national education nonprofit needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Community Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage and track progress to goals for ambassador program
- Engage with educators daily on the online platform
- Work across teams to advance our work and support strategic goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Manage a robust program of in-person community-building events
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of four years of experience in community organizing
- Knowledge of virtual community-building techniques and tools
- Computer skills that include the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience and comfort working in a virtual work environment
