Job Summary
A provider of a subscription management solution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing day to day of our online community, including moderating posts & collaborating with various teams to partner on content
- Interacting with community members daily to increase community engagement
- Being the eyes & ears of our community by proactively escalating issues, insights, observations & opportunities to appropriate teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of online community management or social media experience & B2B SaaS company experience
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, both oral & written, across all levels of the company
- Collaborative & transparent work-style, with a strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in fostering relationships with customers & helping them navigate resources across owned channels
