Job Summary

A holistic health company has an open position for a Remote Community Moderator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Moderating all company Facebook groups
  • Coordinating volunteer team members and overseeing volunteer process
  • Escalating any immediate concerns to the Community Leader or Program Director

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills in progressively advancing positions
  • Proficient in Facebook community engagement
  • Proficient in social media posting
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotional content in a mature and thoughtful manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to help out in other departments, as necessary
