Job Summary
A holistic health company has an open position for a Remote Community Moderator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Moderating all company Facebook groups
- Coordinating volunteer team members and overseeing volunteer process
- Escalating any immediate concerns to the Community Leader or Program Director
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in progressively advancing positions
- Proficient in Facebook community engagement
- Proficient in social media posting
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional content in a mature and thoughtful manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to help out in other departments, as necessary
