Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Community OS Specialist Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining the CRM
- Supporting the adoption of decentralised tools
- Contributing to an extraordinary onboarding experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in startup environments in community operations, project management, or community building
- Demonstrated experience setting up and following processes and project management frameworks
- Ability to create and executive agreed-upon practices for rewards and payouts
- Ability to provide support to community members and connect them with resources
- Ability to create relationships with community members
- Experience working with a global and diverse community
